By accessing or using RentalOS (“the Platform”), operated by TechnoArts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including agency owners, administrators, and staff members.

RentalOS is a cloud-based car rental management platform that provides tools for managing bookings, fleet, customers, drivers, invoices, and payments. The Platform is offered on a subscription basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Platform, you must submit a registration request. Approval of registration requests is at the sole discretion of RentalOS management. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Access to the Platform is provided under subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the trial offer at any time.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written consent

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. You grant RentalOS a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of TechnoArts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechnoArts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
